For as long as I can remember I have had Equinophobia- fear of horses.
When I met my future wife, she lived on a horse farm and loved to ride. I was terrified of these creatures and she said I would have to overcome it, because this was who she was.
Her mother found this book, Phobia Release and gave it to me as a birthday present.
That was terrifying enough, but I do have to say in helped me in overcoming my fear of horses and I am now planning my wedding to take place in a horse and buggy.
