I saw where someone else had the same problem I had that was called Erythrophobia, Erytophobia, or Ereuthophobia - fear of red light, blushing, red and decided I had to write as well to let you know that I was overcoming my fear with Phobia Release. I find that this book and the information is beneficial for
someone suffering from a phobia. Now that I have overcome my fear, I am happier and blushing in public no longer bothers me.
I thought I was the only one with problem, and now I am a little more at ease knowing that someone else had the same phobia.
