I do not know if you have ever heard about manic depression or even know that there is a facility for treatment of manic depression, but I am a patient at one of these facilities for the last six months.

You probably never knew that I was a manic-depressive. There are many manic depression causes and I needed help finding out the cause of my condition in order to receive help.

At the facility, I learned how to open up and talk about myself. I feel that this helped me discover the reason for my disease. You should also know that I wanted to apologize to my friends and family for the irrational mood swings.

I now understand my behavior more and understand what the manic depression causes are that are playing havoc on my body and mind. The facility for treatment of manic depression is not what you would think. I have other people to talk to and group sessions that are helping me. I see my doctor daily and have made some improvement.

You will be happy to know that I have my condition under control and am on medication that helps me remain happy. Most people do not understand what manic depression causes are or how to find out what is causing their condition.

You would be surprised to learn that people that suffer from manic depression are not people that live in poverty or on the streets, it can happen to people that work in executive positions or even doctors or nurses. Depression has a cause and if you do not know what is causing the depression, you will never be helped.

I understand what is causing my manic depression and because of the facility for treatment of manic depression, I am being helped to live a normal life and understand how to control my depression.
