In my case, I was afraid of my own knees. I felt they were ugly and only wore pants.

My husband suggested that I see a doctor, but I found your book Phobia Release and decided to try it to see if it could help me in overcoming my fear of my own knees.

I have to say, I was amazed that it worked. I am now wearing shorts around the house, it’s a little chilly outside, but I look forward to summer when I can wear them all the time. Thanks for a great help book.
