Fear Of Sitting Down

I had Kathisophobia- fear of sitting down and it was a nightmare.

I was actually unable to bring myself to sit down at restaurants, taverns, school functions and at work.

Overcoming this fear was wonderful.

I read your book Energy Release and it helped me overcome the phobia. I am now sitting down wherever I go and it feels great to relax.
