Fear Of Speaking

I found out early in my life that I had Laliophobia or Lalophobia- fear of speaking.

When I was at school, I had to get up in front of my class and tell a story. I was petrified and just wanted to run out of the room and hide.

My mom thought your book, Energy Therapy would help me overcome my fear. I am happy to say that she was right.

In overcoming my fear, I am now able to stand up in front of anyone and give a speech, which is nice because that is part of my job.
