This new technology today scares me.

I realized I had Logizomechanophobia- fear of computers and if I was going to succeed at my job I needed helped to overcome this fear.

I used a book called Energy Therapy and found it to be very useful in overcoming my fear of computers.

I tested myself after using your book, and to my surprise. I was very comfortable with a computer, although I did not know how to use it.
