Mastigophobia- fear of punishment is not only a phobia that and I had it is also something that I refuse to do to my kids.

I had to realize that I had a problem when my son started getting into a lot of trouble and I could not punish him.

My wife put her foot down and made me read a book called Energy Release to overcome my phobia.

She said that overcoming a phobia is easier to do when you have help.

I have to believe her since I have overcome my fear of punishment, and hopefully I can save my son were going down the wrong road.
