I love to watch that show on TV called Numb3rs, but I cannot watch all of it because I have Numerophobia - fear of numbers.

When I see all those numbers, I just get sick. It makes me feel all confused and I feel terrible.

Overcoming this fear would be great for everyday life as well.

I read your book Phobia Release and used the information to help me with my fear.

I was pleased when it worked and I am now able to watch the show that I enjoy so much.
