Onomatophobia- fear of hearing a certain word or of names was what I had a problem with for years.

I just got kind of creepy when I heard certain words. I heard about your book called Phobia Therapy.

I heard how it has helped others overcome their fears, so I decided to try it. Overcoming this fear was delightful.
