Energy Therapy is what I used to overcome my phobia called Ostraconophobia- fear of shellfish.

Ever since I can remember, I have had this fear, but it never really bothered me until I married my husband, who has quite a taste for shellfish.

Overcoming my fear was important if I was going to have any peace of mind.

I read the book and used the techniques you supplied to help myself over my fear.
