This was a little difficult to understand, Cardiophobia- fear of the heart was a phobia and I had it.

Why, I have no idea. All I know is I was able to overcome the fear with the help of Energy Therapy.

The book has some valuable information and I was thankful I had found it before I loss my mind. Overcoming something so unusual was a joy for me and my wife is happy it is over.
