Meat Fear
The phobia Carnophobia - fear of meat was getting to be a problem for me.
I had not had meat in a long time and had exhausted all my options. I was sick to death of eating everything but meat.
I needed to have something like a steak or a hamburger. I heard people say how good it was and I wanted that feeling.
Overcoming this should have been hard as I see it, but Phobia Release may it bearable and it worked. I am now eating meat.
I have had a brat, hamburger, steak, roasts, pork chops and more. Thank you for helping me overcome my fear.
