Mageirocophobia

Mageirocophobia- fear of cooking was always my way of getting out of the family meals.

One day my wife suggested I had a phobia or fear of cooking and I laughed.

I had really never thought about it that way. Once I accepted my fear, I needed to overcome it.

I found a book called Energy Therapy and decided that it may be a book for helping me with overcoming my fear of cooking.

I was a bit leery about reading the book and using the techniques, but I have to say it was very useful and did help me. Thank you.
