Panthophobia- fear of suffering and disease has always plagued me since I can remember.
Overcoming a fear is hard enough, but when it is this type of fear, it is worst, I think. I used Phobia Release to help me. I was a skeptic, but I soon found out that the book was going to help me to overcome my fear. It seemed to be a little slower than I thought, but maybe it was just me.
