Proctophobia

Proctophobia- fear of rectums is quite unusual, but I had this phobia and it was awful overcoming a phobia like this.

It was harder than I thought.

I used Phobia Release to overcome my phobia and it was going along just find.

Then I had a set back, but soon I was able to succeed.

You do need to continue doing what the book says or you will have to start over, which is what happened to me.

I am happy to tell you that I am now free from my phobia and want to say thank you.
