Fear Of Ridicule
My problem was Katagelophobia- fear of ridicule.
I would avoid situations that I did not feel I could accomplish with one hundred percent accuracy for fear of being ridiculed.
I found this book called Phobia Release and tried it with some pretty amazing results.
Overcoming this phobia has made me stronger and more outgoing. I was able to overcome a fear and bring out some good qualities in myself.
I just wanted to say thank you for a great book that I am sure could help someone else as well.
